...Dropping a friend over sexual orientation
you'd drop me like that?
I have never actually seen someone in this case, I've been in it, but haven't seen anyone (where are you, my friends? .-.). This is a little guideline rant, if your friend happens to become homosexual, one, tell me, two, remain their friend, if you don't, you weren't their friend to begin with. I didn't make this just to type that, I also want to say, that if you judge someone by their sexuality, you may be missing out. "Why would I miss out because I hate fags?" Because, being gay would be one difference. They may like the same movies as you, same TV shows, have the same tastes in guys(gay, bisexual)/girls(lesbian, bisexual) as you, hell, even like the same emo crap people call "music" that you listen to! Give them a chance! Jsut because they're not the same sexual orientation as you doesn't mean they're a total monster. In fact, I have a friend, Phee (for those of you who don't go online XD;;'), and his first encounter with a homosexual was when his friend turned gay so it was "just like hanging out with a friend". Prove my point yet? If I were homophobic that'd be enough for me ;D Okay, fine, I'll go a bit of course and say, I used to be a homophobe. Yes, me. I used the terms "gay" and "fag" inappropriatly just as the "cool kids" do ><;;' But then I met Lexi, she was really nice, and I found out she was bisexual, so that was good enough for me. She wasn't different, I could and still to this day can relate to her. She changed my life, and I am greatful for it. See? I was like you people, too! But not anymore, and I suggest that you change, too. =D;;'
